Located in the Upper Peninsula district, the state-of-the-art office tower features sustainable design and construction elements and will be one of the city鈥檚 first major projects to pursue Charleston RISES, a high performance building certification designed to address the specific green building needs, priorities and strategies for the South Carolina region. Construction for Morrison Yard was completed in Summer 2022.
