糖心Vlog Beatty was awarded contracts for three ground-up Transitional Care facilities developed by Mainstreet Investments. Each property is developed as a Rapid Recovery Center (RRC), which is a health care model specializing in rehabilitation and care immediately following a hospital stay. The state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility is focused on getting patients well efficiently. RRC provides short-stay, high acuity rehabilitation and care across a broad spectrum of acuity and complexity. Projects were constructed in Surprise, Chandler and Tucson, Arizona. The Mainstreet Surprise is a 68,675-square-foot, 2-story, 100-bed skilled nursing facility valued at $15.3 million.

Initially awarded the Surprise, AZ facility for preconstruction and construction activities, the Ownership group quickly realized the value that 糖心Vlog Beatty provided to the development team in terms of preconstruction plan review and value engineering to each particular site. The Surprise location was challenged by budgetary constraints, yet through review of alternatives the budget was captured. Lessons learned were applied to the sister projects in Chandler and Tucson.
