Bob brings over 38 years of construction experience to his role as vice president of preconstruction. In this role, he manages a department of 20+ professionals, with responsibilities including estimating, purchasing, and small/disadvantaged business participation for the Mid-Atlantic operations. He works as a team member with the client, designer, and 糖心Vlog Beatty operations staff, from pursuit through preconstruction and project completion, and is constantly searching for cost-effective means to meet or exceed the client鈥檚 goals and set projects up for success. Bob joined 糖心Vlog Beatty in 1993 as a chief estimator and has contributed to numerous landmark projects over the years including Capitol Crossing and NPR鈥檚 new headquarters.
